We operate on a contingency fee basis for loss adjustment. We are paid by the insured as insurance company makes claim payments based on agreed settlement. We do not charge up front fees, and there are no out of pocket expenses for the insured.

Non-Waiver Agreement
Insurers try to avoid liability for their incomplete investigations and delays in acting upon claims that have been submitted to them. One of their devices is the Non-Waiver agreement. A Non-Waiver agreement is a document drawn by the insurer and signed by the insured in which they agree that neither party waives any rights under the policy while the claim is being investigated.

Personal Property Inventory Form
Itemized in writing a complete and detailed list of all personal property in each room. Personal property is all property not permanently attached to the structure. Include the year, make and model of each item as well as any purchase receipts you still may have. Keep this personal property list in a safe deposit box off the site and update it as needed.

Property Loss Notice
When you report a claim to your insurance company, you usually will fill out an ACORD® form (Agency-Company Operations Research & Development) which includes all the essential details of your coverage and claim description.

Insured’s Release
